This Case Study is about a sole-trader Chris Alcock who trades as CMA in Wigan. His logo was designed by a printer without going through any strategic discussions. We undertook a review of Chris's business values and objectives and developed concepts, one of which is now having a positive impact in the sales and marketing.

This Case Study is about a sole-trader David Shackelton who is a sole-trader Chartered Accountant working from home. Unfortunately, the practice had stagnated and David felt stuck in a rut, trying to grow the business. Frustratingly, David was not spending enough time with his clients delivering truly valuable advice.

This sole-trader start-up has done incredibly well and I am very proud of their achievements.
The practitioner started with the aim to pay the mortgage. But, the success has been so great that it is having a massively positive impact on the owner's life to the point where financial freedom is a real possibility! In financial terms, the owner has swapped a £40,000 job as a manager in a firm of Chartered Accountants and is well on the way to making £150,000 profit from a practice worth £500,000.
